Hotelnomy processes the account, hotel and billing data needed to operate the service. Your hotel data is used for your Organization's own analysis and is not pooled with other hotels to generate another customer's recommendations.

Hotel and operational data
Property and room setup, uploaded hotel files and upload metadata, plus structured hotel data created from those uploads for analysis.
Derived product data
Source mappings, snapshots, analyses, recommendations, supporting evidence, historical patterns and feedback created while Hotelnomy works with your Organization's data.
Billing data
Trial and subscription state, billing lifecycle dates and payment-provider identifiers needed to manage subscription access.
HOW WE USE IT
Your Organization's data is used for your Organization
Hotelnomy does not use one customer Organization's property, room or reservation data to generate another customer's analysis, insights, recommendations or pricing decisions.
Properties belonging to the same Organization can work together inside that Organization's own workspace and analysis context where a Hotelnomy feature supports it.
PUBLIC MARKET CONTEXT
Public data stays separate from customer hotel data
Your hotel data stays private to your Organization and is never pooled with other hotels. Public Market Context comes from independent public sources, not from other Hotelnomy customers.
Where supported, Hotelnomy may evaluate relevant public Market Context alongside your property's own evidence. It can inform a recommendation, but it never determines a pricing action on its own.
COOKIES AND SECURITY
Sign-in sessions and access controls protect your workspace
Hotelnomy uses secure session cookies for sign-in and preferences. Access to hotel data is scoped to the Organization and property context, and Organization membership is checked before Organization-scoped application data is loaded.
RETENTION AND DELETION
Raw uploads and inactive Organizations have defined retention periods
Raw uploaded files are retained for 7 days. Structured records and derived intelligence can follow a different lifecycle because they are part of your Organization's working product history.
If an Organization becomes inactive after trial or paid access ends, its operational and customer data is retained for 90 days. At retention expiry, operational hotel data enters the deletion process. Minimum records may be retained separately where required for legal or accounting, security or audit, or trial and subscription eligibility purposes.
