AGREEMENT

Using Hotelnomy under these terms

The Hotelnomy sign-in flow asks users to agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy and Data Use page before continuing.

Hotelnomy uses email-based account access and Organization membership to determine which customer workspace a signed-in user can access.

HOTEL DATA

Your Organization remains the data boundary

Hotelnomy works from hotel and operational data provided to your Organization workspace and from structured or derived product data created from those uploads.

One customer Organization's property, room or reservation data is not used to generate another customer's analysis, insights, recommendations or pricing decisions. Where a feature supports it, properties inside the same Organization can work together inside that Organization's workspace.

DECISION SUPPORT

Hotelnomy supports decisions; the hotel decides

Hotelnomy provides analysis, evidence, historical patterns and pricing decision support. The hotel remains responsible for the commercial decision it chooses to make from that information.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TRIAL

The current plan is USD 29 per month per Organization

The current Hotelnomy plan is USD 29 per month per Organization and includes unlimited properties and rooms and up to five users.

Your first Organization can start with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to begin, and the trial does not automatically convert.
